  1. Combine the melted chocolate and Amazing Grass Plant Protein powder until thickened and combined, yet still has a spreadable consistency.
  2. Spread almond butter as a base layer onto each of the rice cakes.
  3. Spoon a layer of strawberry jelly over the almond butter and set aside in the fridge or freezer for a few moments to harden.
  4. Pull out your chilled rice cakes and drizzle a layer of the white chocolate plant protein mixture, over each of the rice cakes.
  5. Add pink sprinkles, if you'd like, and then return to the fridge or freezer to chill for five minutes. Enjoy!
