Bodies and minds are constantly balancing the fight or flight instinct.  It is no secret that too much stress creates problems such as digestive issues, anxiety, illness, and premature aging.  Here is the problem…when you are eating a diet that is stressful and you have daily external stress your body gets overwhelmed.  You need to find a balance and your body needs you to eat a stress-free diet that minimizes acidic foods such as fast food, candy, soda, refined and processed foods.  We can choose foods to better deal with the constant stresses that our body internalizes every day.  We have included a list of carefully chosen stress-free foods and beverages for your body, mind and emotions.
