Everything we eat and drink affects the body, mind, and our emotions.  If what we put in our bodies has the most influence on our energy, then certainly we must do everything we can to understand foods, their functionality and energy value. That way, you can plan a transition to a lifestyle that will give your being the most sustained and positive energy.

Much of the fast and processed foods consumed in America today are what I would call a negative energy food. Rather than giving life and energy, negative food takes away from your life and energy supply. All foods in their “raw” state have life.
