Your colon stores debris from years and years of eating, so I challenge you to choose specific cleansing foods to not only detoxify from the days directly before, but also to help break away the debris from years of compilation.  One of the best daily cleansing acts is to start every morning with a green superfood drink.  Green superfoods such as wheat grass and spirulina detoxify your body and help cleanse out toxins from the day before.  Your body naturally wants to cleanse in the morning from about 4am to 9am so if you can give it enzyme-rich foods that digest themselves and cleanse your system naturally you will have an immediate energy boost for your day ahead.
