Today we will learn why enzymes are the energy generator for our bodies.  Enzymes are the catalyst for every single function that takes place in your body.  You are born with a pool of enzymes and by the time you are 40 you have less than half of those enzymes; so you want to reserve as much of your enzyme pool as you can in order to prevent premature aging.  I challenge you to increase your enzyme supply by choosing raw foods at least 50% of the time because they take less time to digest, & leave your enzyme-pool intact, which will result in more sustained energy and less weight gain.
