Chocolate Peppermint Mudslide Oatmeal
Makes: one serving
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- water or non-dairy milk or half & half
- agave nectar
- 1 scoop Green SuperFood Chocolate Peppermint
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- Cook oats as directed with water &/or milk with a pinch of salt.
- Add vanilla, cocoa, agave nectar, & a tad more salt to taste.
- Transfer to a bowl when complete.
- Add 1 scoop Green SuperFood Chocolate Peppermint and blend
- Add a water, non-dairy milk or little half & half
