Plain 'n Simple Green Yogurt
Makes: 1 smoothie
Customer submission: Theresa D. from Colorado has created a cross between yogurt and a smoothie. Love the creativity.
- Add 1 scoop of ORAC Green SuperFood to the following
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup plain yogurt with active cultures
- 4 oz filtered water (more if you like it thinner, less if thicker)
- 1 tablespoon undenatured whey (I use Jarrow Formulas Whey Protein, French Vanilla flavor)
- A dash of spirulina powder (optional, I use Nutrex Pure Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica Powder)
- Mix it all up together with a spoon and enjoy!
All amounts can be adjusted to desired consistency and taste except for the 1 scoop of Amazing Grass, because you don't want to cut back on your daily requirement of Amazing Grass!
