Pineapple Lemongrass Sorbet
Makes: 2-4 servings
- 3 C of water
- 3 C of sugar
- 2 ¼ C fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ T lemon zest
- 2 T pineapple lemongrass
- Combine the water and sugar to bring to a boil over a medium heat.
- Reduce temp to low and let simmer without stirring, this is a simple syrup.
- Cool completely.
- When cool, add lemon juice, zest, and Amazing Grass Pineapple Lemongrass.
- Turn the ice cream maker on and add the lemon mixture.
- Mix until thickens approx. 30 minutes
