Homemade Pasta made with Green SuperFood Original

Makes: Serves 2-4


  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • I -1.5 scoops of Green SuperFood Original
  • 2 egg yolks 
  • 1  egg
  • 1/4-2/3 cup water


  1. Combine the flour and salt
  2. Make a well in the center and
  3. Add 2 egg yolks and one egg
  4. Mix
  5. Then add 1/4-2/3c of water, enough to get to a dough consistency
  6. Knead for 10 minutes
  7. Rest for 10 minutes, then divide and roll out and cut into strips/desired shape/size
  8. Dry in oven at 200F for 10 minutes on a baking sheet
  9. Boil for 12-15 minutes depending on desired texture
  10. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce
