Sweet Potato Fries

Vitamin B6 helps reduce the chemical homocysteine in our bodies. Homocysteine has been linked with degenerative diseases, including the prevention of heart attacks. While most people know that vitamin C is important to help ward off cold and flu viruses, few people are aware that this crucial vitamin plays an important role in bone and tooth formation, digestion, and blood cell formation.


  • 1 ½ teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon  sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Chocolate Amazing Meal
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 pounds peeled sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F
  2. Coat potatoes with olive oil in a large bowl
  3. Add sea salt, parsley, cinnamon, paprika, chili powder, Chocolate Amazing Meal and pepper to the potatoes and miz well
  4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown
