Crispy Chocolate Chickpeas
Makes: A tasty snack
- ½ cup chickpeas
- ¼ cup cashews
- 2 Tbsp. dry oats
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. Chocolate Green SuperFood
- 1 tsp. coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to an oven proof dish ramekin
- Bake for 5 minutes.
