1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2-3 tbsp chia seeds (they will expand quite a bit)
1 to 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
One scoop Chocolate Green SuperFood
Cinnamon to taste
Xylitol if you want it even sweeter or a chopped banana.
Toss everything in an airtight container. Prepare the night before and enjoy in the morning.
